Items marked FINAL SALE (including select sale items, swimwear, intimates, bodysuits, and hosiery) cannot be returned, exchanged, or price-adjusted.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt by sending a written notice via our website, email, or registered mail. All items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and hygiene seals attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by us in advance. Please do not send back items without contacting us first.
We are not responsible for items returned using your own postal service, and we are not liable for any lost return shipments.

Fees
• A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order amount or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply unless the cancellation is due to a defect or breach.
• A return shipping fee of $25 applies for returns or exchanges within the U.S. and $35 for the rest of the world.
• Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
